     With that  information tucked under your arm, you personally contact your customer and make an appointment to deliver their marketing package of signs, book, brochures and advertising templates, etc.  Plus you also offer an additional "menu" of items to aid them in selling their home faster...  and do it correctly and legally, and  without the assistance of an expensive Listing Agent.   Everything that you provide will save your customers both time and money, and guide them in the right direction. They want to do this themselves, without a listing agent, and as a sales and marketing professional, you are there to assist them.

     You have 3 revenue streams going in. (1). You have made a profit on the initial items that they order online (that you deliver). (2). You have your menu of additional supply items that they will need, and (3) the biggest... you have your established list of local service providers that will be necessary for them to be in contact with (Inspectors, Appraisers, Lenders Closing Attorneys, etc.)... each of which pays you a small monthly advertising fee to be your "Preferred Provider", and a referral fee for the business you send them.  You will have established relationships with the most successful professionals in your area, and you and your business will become a valuable part of their business... a win/win for everyone.

     Remember, you are NOT in the Real Estate business... you are the "Marketing Director" for Help-To-Sell.com, and the local, state, or nationally real estate industry, has NO jurisdiction over what you do.
